VALORIZE

The liberatory practice of 'valorize' for
[autistic-status/cognitively distinct]
culture-creators and change-makers
building unique value.

The source code for making your unprecedented work highly valued

Creating extra-ordinary, stand out, highly valued, culture-creating / change-making work, requires you to hone the skillset of cultural leadership; Valorizing the distinct impact of your work, and of working on your terms, so you can bring others into recognising that value, and be well resourced for it.

Your work reifies connection, creativity and transformation, offers a unique point of view, and moves people. The value is unquantifiable. VALORIZE is you believing in that value, that other people will see it, and that you are the one to realise it. Because you did.

About LOUISA SHAERI

she/they

I am on a mission to help culture creators and change makers, who embody a unique point of view / cognitive difference / epistemic invisibility, realise the transformative value in their work, and thereby transform our world.

The emancipation of your energy, time, sense of self, from the trappings of value systems that don't fit you, is what makes you and your work being well resourced possible.

Valorise was forged in the trenches of my own trajectory of trying to figure out how to be myself and make that work, a decade of artistic practice conjuring possibilities in the parallel hypotheticals of art, and exploring sub-linguistic and sensorial sense-making. And a book.

In 2020 I founded SOLA Systems, my coaching company focused on coaching autistic/audhd/ cognitively and culturally divergent, creative people into an aligned life that has them feeling SEEN, supported, impacting.

In FLAREHOUSE, my current coaching focus is the practice of 'valorize'; you deeply knowing the value of what you have to offer, and how to have that value be seen and recognised, so our world can be moved by your work.

After a decade of creating in the hypothetical parallel conjuring space of art, Louisa Shaeri recognised that her systems-thinking approach to the question of 'how to be autistic when autism is based on an ideology of absence' needed a different model.

Louisa founded SOLA Systems in April 2020 in order to create that alternative model, offering workshops, coaching, and the Unmasking Unschool podcast.

Through this work, Louisa began to perceive an underlying pattern:

when you are engaging with a system to which you are inconvenient, the compound effect is a de-valuation of what you have to bring.

And that the underlying act that every creative, visionary, or change maker, who succeeded who succeed at making their unprecedented work deeply valued, is to determine their own value system:

the paradigm ('PRISM' / lens) through which the
transformative impact of their work could be realised, recognised and valued.

Thus emerged the naming of a discipline: VALORIZE.
