The world-making practice
for realising unprecedented, change-making, culture-shifting work,
while being energetically, economically and relationally
well resourced.
Creating extra-ordinary, stand out, highly valued, culture-creating / change-making work, requires you to hone the skillset of cultural leadership; Claiming and building the distinct impact of your unique work, and of working on your terms, so you can be well resourced for it; economically, energetically, relationally.

Definitions and examples of this emancipatory, systems-thinking approach to building cognitively and culturally distinct value.
Texts, essays and deeper dives into 'valorize' as an emancipatory, systems-thinking approach to creating unique and unprecedented work, and having it be recognised.
Originator of 'valorize' Louisa Shaeri shares deeper dives into how to practice coming into congruence with the true value of what you bring.

About LOUISA SHAERI
she/they
As a coach, cultural activator and artist, and as someone who is not only autistic but deeply questions the ideology of that statement…
I've learned first-hand, and worked with countless others to realise that fitting in with an ill-fitting system only gets you so far.
A self-designed, self-led vocation offers a way to build your life around what you most value (and what most values you).
It also means taking a dirt track road less travelled, trusting yourself bigger than you "should", and leading without waiting for anyone else to legitimise you.
Not a standard career path! But then that's exactly why you want it.
My work exists so that you have practices, models and relational contexts to normalise the self-appointed leadership involved in visionary, change making work,
and have that be recognised, sought after, and highly valued.
After a decade of creating in the hypothetical parallel conjuring space of art, Louisa Shaeri recognised that her systems-thinking approach to the question of 'how to be autistic when autism is based on an ideology of absence' needed a different model.
Louisa founded SOLA Systems in April 2020 in order to create that alternative model, offering workshops, coaching, and the Unmasking Unschool podcast.
Through this work, Louisa began to perceive an underlying pattern:
when you are engaging with a system to which you are inconvenient, the compound effect is a de-valuation of what you have to bring.
And that the underlying act that every creative, visionary, or change maker, who succeeded who succeed at making their unprecedented work deeply valued, is to determine their own value system:
the paradigm ('PRISM' / lens) through which the
transformative impact of their work could be realised, recognised and valued.
Thus emerged the naming of a discipline: VALORIZE.
