VALORIZE

Your culture creating, change making work being recognised, sought after and highly valued, is an inevitable consequence of you claiming and building the value of your unique point of view;

V A L O R I Z E is the discipline beyond validation strategies, for self-determining the value of what is unique or unprecedented about WHAT, WHY and HOW you best work, so you, your work and your impact, can be well resourced.

You've starting your own business/ solo practice,

born out of the ways your unique perspective challenge the status quo with new possibility.

But you're realising that your old habits of second guessing how to fit in with a system, industry norm, or peer approval,

lead to that unique value being less visible, not more;

Demonstrating the value of your work now, is not about pleasing an outside authority, contorting yourself to fit,

or blanding out what is distinctive about who you are and how you think.
But about trusting yourself, and building accordingly.

This is deeply confronting of every way you learned to hold back, stay small, and people please to make it work!
And… also the exact same reason you started out on your own, right?
You are here to MOVE people, and transform culture.

Making your unique approach viable, visible and highly valued is now asking YOU to transform!

To act from commitment to your boldest vision, ahead of validation.

Steward that value by building the unique universe that can house the depth of your creative, intellectual or social change work.

Offering a new model, and inviting people into it.

V A L O R I Z E. is the practice of tuning your decisions, actions and structures

in congruence with what is necessary to realise the potential value to the fullest: your inner authority

so you can be economically, energetically and relationally well resourced doing it.

Louisa Shaeri shares deeper dives into 'valorize' as a practice of coming into greater congruence with the true value of what you bring.

Definitions and examples of this systems-thinking approach to building cognitively and culturally distinct value.

Texts, essays and deeper dives into 'valorize' as an emancipatory, systems-thinking approach to creating unique and unprecedented work, and having it be recognised.

About LOUISA SHAERI

she/they

As a coach, cultural activator and artist, and as someone who is not only autistic but deeply questions the ideology of that statement…

I've learned first-hand, and worked with countless others to realise that fitting in with an ill-fitting system only gets you so far.

A self-designed, self-led vocation offers a way to build your life around what you most value (and what most values you).

It also means taking a dirt track road less travelled, trusting yourself bigger than you "should", and leading without waiting for anyone else to legitimise you.

Not a standard career path! But then that's exactly why you want it.

My work exists so that you have practices, models and relational contexts to normalise the self-appointed leadership involved in visionary, change making work,

and have that be recognised, sought after, and highly valued.

After a decade of creating in the hypothetical parallel conjuring space of art, Louisa Shaeri recognised that her systems-thinking approach to the question of 'how to be autistic when autism is based on an ideology of absence' needed a different model.

Louisa founded SOLA Systems in April 2020 in order to create that alternative model, offering workshops, coaching, and the Unmasking Unschool podcast.

Through this work, Louisa began to perceive an underlying pattern:

when you are engaging with a system to which you are inconvenient, the compound effect is a de-valuation of what you have to bring.

And that the underlying act that every creative, visionary, or change maker, who succeeded who succeed at making their unprecedented work deeply valued, is to determine their own value system:

the paradigm ('PRISM' / lens) through which the
transformative impact of their work could be realised, recognised and valued.

Thus emerged the naming of a discipline: VALORIZE.
