About louisA
Louisa Shaeri (she/they) is the founder of SOLA Systems, host of the V A L O R I Z E podcast, artist, and trauma-informed coach.
Louisa works with practitioners whose category-defying work requires bespoke business structures, and a high degree of self-leadership to bring a unique vision to life.
Louisa guides them into owning, positioning, making visible, and therefore receiving in ways that fully honour the impact and power of their work.
Louisa has 6+ years experience as a liberatory, trauma-informed coach. She came to this work after two decades in the visual art world, media & advertising sector that mirrored an internal journey asking how to know and express a self, a creative point of view, and a cognitive disposition that didn't fit into formal education, workplace or industry norms.
After a decade in the visual art world, in 2019, Louisa swapped the hypthetical conjuring space of the gallery, for taking one transformative idea and actually making it real in the world.
Her primary motivation is revealing the path from possibility to reality, and the internal-to-external transformation required to bring something brand new out of the margins and into recognition.
Louisa calls this specific practice: 'valorize'.

About solA systems
SOLA Systems was originally founded in April 2020 to service congitively distinct people assigned the categories of 'autistic' / 'adhd' a space to explore creativity, self expression and self-determination.
Over 4+ years a pattern emerged; those who 'unmasked' the most/fastest had a reason beyond themselves to do so;
a self-initiated vocation that took an innate or lived perspective and turned it into a livelihood.
Bridge builders accross cultures, hybrid identities, systems thinkers, energy sensitive, and emergence-oriented people
have things to give that the employment structures of modernity didn't cater to.
This type of vocational attunement requires a level of cultural leadership beyond typical entrepreneurship:
Solopreneurs, founders, practitioners, artists who are creating their own structures need a map, skillsets, and a spaces of connection, that honour the self-leadership and cultural leadership involved in fashioning new realities.
valorize.systems exists to provide them.
Vision + philosophy
Vision
This era of systems collapse is also offering a unique moment where the non-industrialised, informal trade of intangible and transformative work and networks can offer the context for:
new forms of social organisation, meaning making, culture, connection and belonging.
The iron is hot for artists, facilitators, change makers who had already exited loyalty to those systems
and yet the systems often live on them as self-doubt, de-valuing their own work, isolation, and the push-pull of vision versus risk of not having a socially pre-approved pathway to realise the unprecendented.
valorize is conceived as one of those pathways;
a living practice of self-determining value as a lifestyle and skillset that enables self-designed livelihoods.
Mission
Our people create connection and transformative culture through who they are being, and how their business is structured for life-giving value.
Our mission is for them to know the value so the unique impacts can be fully realised and sustained as worlds other people can build on.
Philosophy + Ethics

The VALORIZE coaching philosophy applies a social justice and trauma informed, and consent-led approach to personal development beyond the limits of performing the social capital of normalcy.
There are real structural, social-economic, racialised and identity-based, and geopolitical factors that explain why many people contort, code-switch, under-earn, or experience higher rates of challenges in employment, labour or wellbeing.
The VALORIZE philosophy seeks to aid in acknowledging and metabolising external, transpersonal and inherited conditions, as a pre-requisite to change, growth and the resourcefulness to respond in ones' full power. And find solutions through intersectional and cross-movement connections alongside the personal.
A coach, mentor, space-holder or facilitator cannot decide whether another person perceives them as safe or their spaces as safe.
Louisa Shaeri / SOLA Systems is committed to offering containers and cultures of co-created trust, equity, consent, personal responsibility and belonging.
