V A L O R I Z E is a project by Louisa Shaeri, intended to name and language the powerful, underlying methodology used by [visionaries, artists, facilitators, culture workers, creatives, change agents, future designers…] to successfully realise unprecedented, change-making / culture-shifting work, while being well resourced.

V A L O R I Z E builds upon liberatory theory and practice, cognitive justice, systems thinking, coaching, and artistic production to outline a ‘technology of self’ (way of being) for people called to move [with] others with their work, offer a new model, and trust an emergent possibility enough to realise that possibility.

V A L O R I Z E centres cognitive difference as a plurality of positions (PRISMS) on what counts as knowledge and value, towards self-determination through self-initiated work (freelance, solo trade, self employed, small business).
